Dat Bike, Vietnam’s premier domestic electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has unveiled its groundbreaking electric scooter, Quantum, marking a significant leap in the country’s electric mobility landscape. This cutting-edge model boasts a contemporary design and incorporates breakthrough technology, ensuring high performance at a competitive price point. Quantum, Dat Bike’s flagship offering, is designed for mainstream adoption, catering to the growing local demand for electric mobility solutions.
Within the first 2 days of its launch, Quantum witnessed an unprecedented tenfold increase in customer sales compared to its predecessor, the Weaver++. This overwhelming response underlines the burgeoning appetite among local consumers for electric transportation.
The number of orders surpassed the company’s initial projections, prompting Dat Bike to swiftly enhance production capacity and manpower to fulfill delivery commitments to its customers.
Quantum stands out with a range of innovative features, including:
- Impressive Range: A single charge empowers Quantum to cover up to 270 kilometers at a comfortable speed of 35 km/h, thanks to its 7000W motor supporting a maximum speed of 100 km/h.
- Rapid Charging: Its 72V lithium-ion battery, with an 85Ah capacity, allows for swift and flexible charging. It takes just 1 hour to charge the first 100 km and 4 hours for the full 270 km range, with an automatic shutoff upon reaching full charge. The battery boasts a remarkable lifespan of up to 350,000 km or 25 years, doubling that of previous Dat Bike models.
- Spacious Trunk: Quantum offers an industry-best 41-liter trunk, ensuring convenient transport of daily essentials and more.
- Cruise Control: Engineered with the Cruise Control system, commonly found in car production, Quantum ensures a stable speed on longer journeys, enhancing rider comfort.
