Reservoir Link Energy Bhd has completed the transfer to the list on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd after having adhered to all the listing criteria and receiving the relevant approvals. In a statement, the group stated the transfer to the Main Market will be in effect starting 27 June 2022.
The group stated the diversification has enabled it to provide a wider spectrum of services as a well-diversified energy-related service provider and has embarked on the journey of becoming a listed entity back in July 2020 on the ACE Market.
Reservoir Lin has since diversified into other segments, namely the solar renewables space.
Reservoir Link Energy executive director Thien Chiet Chai said the transfer to the Main Market is a monumental feat for the group as it represents its intentions to continuously grow its business delivering immeasurable value.
He noted the group has a remarkable journey thus far starting with its oil and gas (O&G) segment which has since expanded to cover every stage of a well’s lifecycle.
“As a result, our O&G business has flourished with multiple contracts awarded by prominent O&G players. The O&G segment remains relatively strong and will continue to be a strong earnings contributor over the years,” Thien said.
The group has recently managed to collaborate with Sunseap Energy (M) Sdn Bhd to further extend the reach of their presence and complement one another.
“As part of our efforts to make renewables more viable, we have also explored the possibility of delivering energy storage solutions. We are now ready for the next phase of our exciting journey following the elevation of our listing status paired with bright prospects from our business segments which reflect the demand for both the O&G and renewables in Malaysia,” he added.
